With over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, Joanie's extensive knowledge is an asset to any broker looking for some serious support. As a single independent TC, she assisted in closing over 2,000 transactions between 2016-2022. Joanie's passion is forms and compliance and she prides herself on her thorough audits and knowledge of "best practices."
Joanie is devoted to her 4 chihuahua rescue dogs, who take up much of her free time. She also enjoys paddle boarding, reading and baking in her spare time.

Julie joined the team in March 2022 and has become a true asset to the company. With an entrepreneur background and experience in managing small businesses, Julie has been instrumental in launching Evolve. She handles the day-to-day tasks that keep everything flowing smoothly.
Julie volunteers much of her free time spreading awareness and working to change legislation regarding Fentanyl regulation.

Sinead joined the team in July 2022 bringing 8 years experience as a Real Estate Agent in Clark County, WA. Having experienced the pressure of managing both deadlines and customer needs firsthand, Sinead's goal is to relieve some of those pressures to allow you to focus on your clients needs. Her attention to detail and extensive training in Real Estate transactions was developed while preparing multiple contracts for her clients and providing monthly team and brokerage training.
Sinead enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 boys, Labrador and Berner.

Outside of work, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She also enjoys being crafty in the kitchen, and spending plenty of time outdoors.
